FOR PARENTS
Kids Martial Arts Classes in Miami
Our kids martial arts program is built on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a grappling art that teaches control without striking. Here's what parents usually want to know before the first class.

Why Jiu-Jitsu for kids
Jiu-Jitsu focuses on positions, escapes and control rather than punches and kicks. Kids learn to use leverage and patience, and training with partners of similar age and size keeps it age-appropriate.
Our age groups
Mini Champions (3–5) learn coordination and safe falling through play. Little Champions (6–8) start foundational technique and practice handling conflict calmly. Junior Champions (9–13) train a full curriculum with supervised live training and an optional competition team.
