I've lived all over the country have trained at a handful of gyms, and it was clear to me after one class that this gym is special. They really care about their students. They go above and beyond to help them, and there's a really strong beginner-friendly gym culture.”

“I can’t say enough great things about this academy! The owner and all of the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, and they have created a truly welcoming, family-oriented environment. Everyone is always so friendly, and the facility is consistently clean and well-maintained. One of the things I love most is that they never rush you out the door. If you have questions, they genuinely take the time to listen and help. My daughter has been training here for almost a year now, and after her classes, she sometimes stays behind to ask questions. Even when it’s close to closing time, the staff never rushes her. They patiently stay, listen, and do their absolute best to guide and teach her. At first, she wasn’t very keen on learning Jiu-Jitsu because of the physical contact involved, but thanks to the incredible patience and dedication of the entire staff, she has truly learned to love the martial art. The setup of the academy and the location are just completely on point. It is located in a nice business center with various offices, and parking is never an issue. In the year I’ve been coming here, I have always found a spot easily. There is plenty of standard and handicap parking right outside, and on the rare occasion the lot is full, there is also paid street parking readily available. If you are a parent waiting for your child to finish class, this location is absolutely perfect for multitasking or taking some time for yourself. Inside the academy, they have comfortable sofas where you can sit and wait. If you want to step out, there is a Pilates studio in the same center, a gym right on the first floor where you can go work out, and even a Publix close by where you can easily get some grocery shopping done while they train! The restrooms are located just outside the academy within the main center building, and the staff always has the key available if you need to use them. We are so grateful to everyone here and highly recommend this academy!”
