MEMBERSHIP FREEZE POLICY

Membership may be frozen for a maximum of one month within one calendar year. Once the freeze period ends, membership will automatically reactivate.  The freeze will begin the month following when you request it.

If you decide you’d like to reactivate membership early, please contact us immediately.

Please fill out the below form to freeze your membership. Any verbal and/or written communication to our staff or coaches to freeze membership will not be accepted.
