Yoga Program
With our Yoga program, you can gain a new sense of self-awareness and greatly improve your flexibility.

This class will take students through several physical poses and meditation techniques created to increase mobility and coordination throughout the body. Whether you are an athlete, have recently suffered some kind of injury, or want to increase your fitness level, yoga can benefit you.

Our Yoga Program consists of:
  • 5 weekly classes, 1 hour each
  • Instruction from a certified yoga instructor
  • A friendly class environment where students can learn and practice yoga comfortably
