
Mixed Martial Arts Program
Our Mixed Martial Arts program can provide you with great benefits, helping you stay in shape while you learn a variety of valuable self defense skills.
This program is designed to instruct students on the fundamentals of several martial arts. This includes Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and No Gi Grappling. At our facility, students will receive training in each of the disciplines from elite instructors who will ensure safety and proficiency in learning.

- 5 weekly classes, 1 hour each
- 2 Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes
